Mr. Kerr is an associate attorney at Tesser, Ryan & Rochman, LLP.  Mr. Kerr has experience in civil litigation, transactional matters, commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

 Mr. Kerr earned a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018.  White at Cardozo, Mr. Kerr Mr. Kerr was a Senior Editor of the Moot Court Honors Society and interned in the Chambers of Chief Magistrate Judge Debra Freeman of the Southern District of New York.
